She anchored the legal empowerment and capacity building initiatives of paralegals, lawyers, and other CSOs. from the communities. She also lead the organisation's Social Justice Lawyering Program for young lawyers in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Jharkhand where she handled case work and designed policy interventions to address systemic challenges informed by grassroots realities. She now works as the Chief Programme Officer at Awaaz Leadership Labs. |
